My journey into product management began in IT consulting (Deloitte), where I gained valuable experience but realized I wanted to invest in my own product and see the direct impact of my work. This led me to transition into business analysis and later systems analysis, where I grew to lead a department and mentor over 20 analysts. Today, I’m the Product Manager of a mobile app with millions of users, focusing on personalization to create unique experiences (X5 Group). Alongside that, I’m an active mentor, helping to develop a community of product managers and analysts, and I also contribute articles and interviews to share insights from my journey.
